This is a Sample of the dishes offered on our A La Carte Menu which is available for private dinners or wedding receptions. All our dishes are made using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

 

Starters

Fillet of Hake, Ragout of Leeks, Saffron and Shellfish Cream

Mignon of wild venison, tiny Oxtail Pie

Roasted partridge, savoy, bacon and creamed lentils

Slow Roasted Short Tip of Beef, Caramelized Walnuts

Wood mushroom and roasted squash risotto, parmesan, poached Bantam Egg (v)

Fillet of duck, vanilla apple purée, prunes and toasted almonds

Slow cooked belly pork, celeriac purée, cracked pepper and thyme sauce

Casserole of sea fish, ragout of leeks and saffron sauce

Pan fried lamb's kidneys, bacon, herb butter

Roasted rump of lamb, tiny shepherd's pie, red wine sauce

All the above dishes are served with vegetables and potatoes
